- The planned WWE movie titled Suckerpunch has been changed to Knucklehead but will still star Big Show. The movie also stars star of USA Network’s Royal Pains Mark Feuerstein and Melora Hardin from The Office.
The plot of the movie features Memphis Earl, a fight promoter, trying to get out of debt to his crooked partner when he comes across Walter Kronk, a big guy who’s an orphan, played Big Show. Earl tries to convince Kronk to get into professional wrestling and Kronk finally agrees, wrestling on behalf of his fellow orphans.
Mark Feuerstein will play earl while Hardin plays a woman who runs the orphanage that Show’s character Kronk has lived at. Filming for the movie began this week in New Orleans.
The Hollywood Reporter also notes that Big Show recently filmed for the Saturday Night Live movie MacGruber, which also stars WWE Superstars The Great Khali and Chris Jericho.
