Triple H Listed in Guinness World Records, Benoit Off Batista DVD, More
By Marc Middleton on October 27, 2009- Yesterday was CM Punk’s birthday. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion turned 31 years old.
- Considering Batista won the 2005 edition of the Royal Rumble, it is only natural for the match be featured on WWE’s three-disc DVD set on Batista, Batista – I Walk Alone. With that being said, it’s interesting to note that Chris Benoit’s elimination during the match was edited off the DVD. While WWE couldn’t edit Benoit out of the match completely, the edit was done as such that one second he’s in the match, and the next second he’s gone.
- Triple H is listed the new edition of Guinness World Records. The 2010 edition of the book noted the following regarding the WWE Superstar: “One male wrestler has won the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) championship on 8 occasions: Triple H (USA, b. Paul Levesque, pictured right ) took the title between 1999 and 2008.”
