Posted by Marc Middleton on Monday, August 3rd, 2009

- WWE Hall of Famer Blackjack Mulligan suffered a mild stroke over the weekend.

- The July 30th edition of WWE Superstars on WGN America scored an 0.8 rating while the replay at 11PM scored an 0.3 rating.

- John Cena had the crowd sing Happy Birthday to referee Mike Chioda after the main event at the RAW live event on Saturday night in Bethlehem, PA.

- WWE has added Chris Masters to the RAW roster page on their website. They wrote this about Masters’ previous WWE run before being fired:

After being drafted to SmackDown, Masters took a brief hiatus from WWE. In the summer of 2009, Masters made a surprise return to Raw. With the same enviable physique and a restored drive, Chris Masters is ready to make another impact in WWE.

Why does WWE choose to use the word “impact” so much? Am I the only one who notices this? ;-)

Masters has potential but knowing WWE they aren’t going to use him right again and make him job they should have kept his Masterlock being unbreakable but they screwed that up by having Bobby Lashley a guy who isn’t even with the WWE anymore go over Masters it looks like he’s going to be heel though judging by what happened on RAW

Masters has shown no potential at all. All of his pushes have failed because what on earth does he have to offer? What wrestling ability did he actually show against MVP??? Absolutely none!
