What Happened After RAW Last Night, Dark Match from RAW and More

Posted by Marc Middleton on Tuesday, December 1st, 2009

- The Thanksgiving edition of WWE Superstars on WGN America scored an 0.75 rating with the replay later on doing an 0.25.

- The dark match before last night’s RAW in Baltimore saw Chris Masters defeat Chavo Guerrero. Apparently Masters is now using his “pec dance” to get over as a babyface.

- After last night’s RAW, Big Show attacked DX from behind on the ramp leading to Randy Orton, Big Show and Chris Jericho beating DX down until John Cena made the save. Orton was left alone in the ring with DX and Cena and took all of their finishing moves to end the show.

The greatest dark match.. or should I say dark appearance
was when Steve Austin made a surprise appearance
before returning to face Eric Bischoff at No Way Out some
    years ago..
I was in attendance at Staples Center in Los Angeles..
Vince made the announcement of Austin vs. Bischoff match
and the Raw went off air, people started leaving the arena
Bischoff gets on the mic, begging McMahon to reconsider
    the decision..
    and the glass shatters..
The crowd went nuts. I’ve been at numbers of live events
but I have NEVER seen a bigger pop in my life on TV either.
Probably the best off-air moment in history.
Just feeling nostolgic about the days when you would
choose to stay in the arena after the show went off air
