Update on WWE’s SmackDown DVD, WWE Legends Filming Today

- Jim Ross, Ted DiBiase, JJ Dillon and Sgt. Slaughter are at WWE headquarters today to film another round of Legends Roundtable shows. Slaughter is filling in for Michael Hayes, who was originally scheduled to be on the panel. Mean Gene Okerlund will be hosting.

- WWE’s “Best of SmackDown: 2010″ three-disc DVD set will be released on October 26th. The synopsis reads like this:

It has been quite a year for SmackDown. The popular show celebrated its tenth anniversary and the season featured a number of outlandish moments, outstanding matches, and bitter rivalries. Now fans can relive their favorite matches and moments with SmackDown: The Best of 2010. This 3-disc release will include more than 8 hours of the best of SmackDown.

    Instead of another rehash of Smackdown like the first set was, why not release it in seasons? This set would probably be worth watching, then.
