Date: Aug 20, 2009 at 12:45 PMI like the idea of Edge vs. Jericho at Wrestlemania, but I’d almost prefer they not even bother, as they would put on a great match that would be all but ignored so they can build up Cena vs. Triple H or Randy Orton for the millionth time. If they had any sense they’d allow Jericho or Edge to go into Wrestlemania as champion and drop it to the other, it would be a main event WE HAVEN’T SEEN 100 TIMES BEFORE!! But sadly that won’t happen because Jericho, despite having been over from day one in WWE has never been given a real chance to be the champion, instead being used as the catalyst to put Triple H back on top, and then there’s Edge, who is almost completely used as a transitional champion despite playing the role of the cowardly heel perfectly. His first title reign ends in a month because they just can’t stand having the title off Cena and they gave it to Edge just to try and stop the loud chorus of boos Cena was getting, and since then it seems he only wins when someone gets injured or they want to put the belt on a new guy without having Triple H, Undertaker, ect. lose to them. Sorry for the rant, it’s just coming from the frustration of last year’s Wrestlemania where Undertaker and Shawn Michaels put on a great match and stole the show, but apparently it makes more sense to put them in the middle as opposed to using a great match to close the show and send everyone home happy.

Date: Aug 20, 2009 at 12:54 PMI like that Valo, but wouldn’t it be cooler if both had a brand’s belt and make this for bragging rights as to who’s better. Also before that at least have Jericho beat Cena at least once.

Date: Aug 20, 2009 at 2:01 PMKemo, I like that idea, I’ve thought for a while they should bring back the undisputed championship, perhaps keep the two brand specific belts but the undisputed would appear on any of the three brands and can be challenged by anyone, although I don’t know how well that would work given travel arrangements and whatnot, I just know I have read more than a few comments about how it makes no sense to have two “world” titles. I guess I’d like to see anything new, besides the same stuff that’s been going on for a few years now. It’s amusing to me how even Vince seems to be realizing the product is stale, and yet they make no efforts to change anything.

Date: Aug 20, 2009 at 2:30 PMJericho vs. Edge at WM 26 (imo) will only work if that match is for The WWE title or World Title. If this match takes place, the only other match I could think of seeing this early at WM 26 is Cena vs. Taker.
I personally think WWE should go with Jericho vs. Taker and Triple H vs. Edge for either championship.
Either way… those 4 matches are the only possibilities I can think of right now.

Date: Aug 20, 2009 at 3:45 PMI only have a desire to see Cena vs. Taker if the Undertaker wins. I’m not a mindless Cena-hater, nor do I feel like the Undertaker should never lose at Wrestlemania, but not to Cena, who doesn’t need the rub. The Undertaker should only lose at Wrestlemania on his way out and to create a new star, not to someone who doesn’t need it. It’d be like the World Champion winning the Intercontinental title, there’s no point to it and it only makes the loser look bad.

Taker’s record should never be broken..
Somehow squeeze it to 20-0 and leave it as it is..

Date: Jan 21, 2010 at 12:53 PMi hate the undertaker. all he is is smoke and mirrors. and an edge vs. jericho match at wrestlemania better be a street fight or something along those lines if they want me to buy it.
