- Stars being advertised to appear at Wizard World Chicago on August 19th – 22nd include DDP, The Honky Tonk Man, Iron Sheik, Shane Douglas, Lita, Bushwacker Luke, Mick Foley, Rikishi, Charlie Haas and his wife Jackie Gayda.

- Kofi Kingston won the WWE Intercontinental Title on Sunday and R-Truth won the WWE United States Title last night largely because of the company directive to find a new Black star.

- The Uso Twins, who debuted on last night’s RAW, are the current FCW Tag Team Champions after defeating Joe Hennig & Brett DiBiase for the belts earlier this year. They were brought to RAW this week to replace the Colons in the feud with The Hart Dynasty after Carlito was released last week.

Fair chance? It’s no surprise you can’t find the political correctness in all of this.

They stink and will both fall flat on their face.

It’s kind of racist to say we need a new black star. I’d rather the be pushed cause their talented not cause of their skin.

I think Kofi is good enough for the belt, R-Truth not so much… I could careless about skin color too… I think Shelton was 10 times better then Truth! All Truth is is a crappy entrance song and the most pathetic of an excuse for a finisher! A spinning back elbow? Really!?!?

    I don’t believe this at all…

    - Kofi Kingston won the WWE Intercontinental Title on Sunday and R-Truth won the WWE United States Title last night largely because of the company directive to find a new Black star.

WWE buried MVP on RAW after he had so much buildup from Smackdown, although the losing streak seemed like a crazy bad idea. He would be the guy to put the push behind if they were trying to create a black star. Man, that sound ridiculous.

lol I agree shootingstar, R-truth finisher sucks horribly. Every time I see it, it never really connects with the other person like last night with the miz. They should let his scissors kick be the finsher and the elbow be a signature move he always does.
But for the like somebody else said I think MVP definitely had potential when he first came in b4 WWE like buried him, why didn’t they put the belt on him. I rather him be a heel though because he’s better that way. But I think Kofi deserves the title, but r-truth…ehh, he’s more of a gimmick.

Kofi and Truth will be good champs. Totally agree with how bad Truths finisher. The scissor kick he does is good.

I think its a great move by WWE, reasons why?

    1) New Generations of Harts and Samoans feuding.

    2) Natalya will get to wrestle.

    3) Tag Team division has some relevance.

    4) What looks like an actual female wrestler! Tamina!!!

And I agree with The Shooting Star about R-Truth WWE could have pushed Shelton Benjamin instead.

Why isn’t Truth’s finisher that suplex into a stunner move?

I think when Ezekiel gets back, they’ll have a potential star. Maybe not for his in ring ability, but he does have the “look” that Vince likes.
