Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 2:13 AM“Taped segment”? … thats the best he can do in his busy schedule. There wouldnt be a smackdown without him and whenever you hear the word smackdown you think of The Rock, he should embrace that and show some respect back to the fans.
fuck “Dwayne Johnson”

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 3:33 AMFuck it. It’s the Rock. Who cares if he’s there or not–he’s making an appearance Smackdown. WHo doesn’t like the sound of that. That’s good enough. It’s refreshing.

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 6:04 AMThe Rock got out of the business at the right time in my opinion. For that The Rock never sold out. Could you imagine The Rock on TV week in week out on PG rated shows??? Give me a break!! Look we all would love nothing more than to see The Rock back but not in the way WWE is running itself at the moment. This whole pg rated crap has really damaged the business I think. And I don’t think The Rock wants to be a part of it. He is doing much better in film so leave the guy in peace. He gave us all great memories from promos to matches. I think WWE needs to go back to where they were 6 years ago for any chance of The Rock even making an appearance on WWE programming. Thats just my view on the situation.

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 8:42 AMYou guys realise Smackdown is ALL taped right? Be gracious he is even making an appearance. He doesn’t need to, but he is obviously doing it for us fans, so be grateful. If Rock was unsuccessful in the movie business like Hogan, Piper, etc…would you still be crying that he “sold out”?

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 11:40 AMIF the rock did come back i think him hooking up with the legacy would make them unstoppable (if only in a business capacity/remember rick rude in DX). Then Manu and SNuka could join – mek them a superfaction where the rock wouldn’t need to wrestle much (if ever).
anyway, if u listen to rap…
All of my tracks are free download, spread da word if you’re feeling the skills…

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 11:58 AMi’ll never understand the people that moan about the Rock selling out,it’s a job, people move on to different jobs all the time. The Rock was/is one of a kind, probably never be another like him on the mic.The guy has moved on to another acting role/s,if you’re a Rock fan then just enjoy his movies, any kind of appearence from him on WWE tv is good taped or live u can bet he’ll be the highlight of the show.

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 8:16 PMNo he doesnt owe anyone anything but it would have been nice to the fans, that were the ones that started his movie carrer by going and seeing his movies, for him to show up shit talk and maybe peoples elbow someone.
Ill be the first to say the Rock was the greatest wrestler/performer that I can actually remeber from the wwf/e, I just feel that he could have showed up.
And to say that the pg thing would work for the rock is the dumbest thing ever, “Escape to Witch Mountain”, the football one w that little girl, the one coming out where he a fucking tooth fairy. Yeah he did “Doom” and “Walk Tall” but the movies he seems to like to make is PG, or maybe even G, movies.

Date: Sep 27, 2009 at 9:35 PMI don’t want the rock to even make a tape at his house…this is a crap era for the wwe…wwe needs to push better talent in the ring and not go for old talent to push them…the older wrestlers need to go. Undertaker needs to go same way with HHH, HBK, Big Show, and Kane…I seen these guys too much…i need fresh faces and the rock isn’t a fresh face..sooooooooo if ya smelllllll….what the leon is cooking….
