ROH News – Aries “Escapes” With ROH World Title, ROH On HDNet Preview

Last night in Chicago Ridge, Austin Aries was able to retain his ROH World Title over hometown boy Colt Cabana by escaping the cage. After bloody 25+ minute contest, Aries was pinned against the cage when Cabana nailed his trademark “butt bump” causing Aries to fly through the cage and hit the floor.
Tomorrow night on ROH on HDNet (8pm Eastern), Jim Cornette debuts as Executive Producer.
Cornette has promised that Austin Aries will defend the ROH World Title.
Also signed for will be the Briscoe Brothers vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico – the winning team advances to face The American Wolves at Final Battle. Jim Cornette has promised no outside interference, we will have a winner.

Date: Dec 07, 2009 at 9:25 AMsadley i think that is the bussiness now just rip off of other people’s ideas plus to me cornette knows what he is talking about and it a better promo guy than dixie carter plus i would not be shocked if jim gave her the idea then weeks later they fired him
