- Below is the official poster and synopsis for WWE’s first-ever Money in the Bank pay-per-view, which takes place on July 18th from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
On Sunday, July 18th, a heart-pounding WWE match-up will take place 20 feet above the ring…in a steel briefcase! Don’t miss one second of the action as Jack Swagger, John Cena, Randy Orton, Triple H, Rey Mysterio, and all your favorite WWE Superstars battle it out in “WWE: Money in the Bank! I can understand the supposed ‘need’ for ppvs that attract attention, but if the storylines and the wrestlers each do their part, the buyrates will go up. The younger guys need to get the ball to run with, instead of relying on the guys that’ve had their time in the sun already. The dinosaurs aren’t the future of the company, the young guys are. Shame wwe doesn’t want to accept this.
