- Below is the new promotional poster and synopsis for WWE’s Night of Champions pay-per-view. This year’s show takes place on September 19th from the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois.
On Sunday, September 19th, WWE brings you the one night of the year when every championship is on the line! Don¹t miss John Cena, Sheamus, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, Randy Orton, Edge, Rey Mysterio, and all your favorite WWE Superstars as they battle for championship gold! WHY ISNT CM PUNK CHAMPION?????
He’s the most underated wrestler in the biz today.
BTW, If you didnt see TNA impact on Thursday, youtube the Cage Match. Best Match on TV this summer.

But i dont think there going to have kane lose the title that fast maybe at night of champions but i dont think he will lose in his first defense. But after rey losses his rematch he will prolly be burrired back down in the lower uper card like he keeps getting number one contender matches but lossing. I mean lets be honest he really shouldnt be a main eventer. He is a shell of his former self and he has a super unbelivable finshing move. If what i think is going ot happen does were soon a new attitude era will start rey will have nothing to do.

Date: Aug 01, 2010 at 7:34 AMPunk just had surgery on his shoulder as well (4-8 weeks but should be ready for Summerslam), I expect him to be back in the title picture before the year is up (and deservingly so). I know two were MITB cash-ins, but he has 3 World Titles opposed to Mysterio’s two… but championships begin to become less and less meaningful the more that they change.

I agree with you that he does bring in money from the kids (and also from the Hispanic community), but that is not a reason he would be the champ. If anything, he has proven that you dont need to be champion to sell merch.

Now it is because he does make money and i think it was reported either on here or wrestlenewz website that he was kinda pulling a power play backstage saying he wanted a title again or he might go perform for the mexico wrestling programs. Plus its been so long because people like taker and batista were still there so they had the titles. At a certain point so was jeff hardy and punk and edge who sell alot if not more then rey. But jeff went to tna edge went to raw taker has been hurt punk has been hurt. So it was down to swagger and mysterio so they let rey beat him even though he shouldnt of. Then kane finally got the world title again because he really should have it give him one last run this one hopefully they dont make it a joke like his first one.

even Matt Hardy deserve a run as the World champion
more than Rey.
I’m sorry but Rey just does not seem to fit in that
role of being a champion.
But then again, Smackdown is lacking a babyface star right
now other than ‘Taker, Show and Rey who can hold the title.
Why the hell not push Kofi into the mix?
Try something new and different for crying out loud

Not that i really watched tna in the recent weeks but you gotta think if he was there he would of been champion buy now. Or even send morrison back to smackdown and have him win he would be a pretty entertaining world champ.

Date: Aug 07, 2010 at 11:48 PM- Rey is no Heavyweight champion. He will win though unfortunately as i think Taker will come and interrupt their match, therefor starting a long feud with Kane. And then having a Buried Alive match witch Kane will win, and therfor end Takers career.
- Kozlov need to go to Smackdown and become a serious threat to the championship. He needs to be a heel. Make him a feared wrestler, like Goldberg, but heel. This stupid stuff they have Kozlov doing with Marella is ridiculous
- Santino Marella, Gallows, Archer, Croft, Swagger need to leave wwe.
- Split the tag team titles back to the way they were. Bring in Benjamin and Haas and make them a dominant tag team, they are both very talented wrestlers.
- Bring back Birchill
