Date: Jan 28, 2010 at 1:05 PMI’m beginning to expect a big Future Endeavors for Mr. Helms. Being drunk would be one thing, that’s far from unique, but if the allegations are true that looks very bad for WWE. I’m not saying it will happen, but given the way WWE handles these sort of things it wouldn’t shock me.

Date: Jan 28, 2010 at 3:23 PMnot a very good copy and paste job. if charges are going to be filed against helms than one of the 3 need to go to the police station and formally ask for him to be charged. in some states the police only need the accusation to make the arrest.
in my opinion if the man still considering it does charge than he is just looking for a big payout. medical bills/punitive damages. he would more than likely win, but its sad that he will be trying for a lot more money than he deserves. of course that is just my speculation.
also gotta mention that i reported this updated before the website did! maybe i should get paid for my report haha
