The only reason he has been percieved as “boring” is because he is not some “spot monkey” like Jeff. Was Ric Flair boring because he never did a swanton bomb off a cage? NO! Matt showed great charisma during his heel run with the cruiserweight title a few years back, I am just surprised it took the WWE this long to turn him heel again where he is clearly more effective.
