Date: Jan 28, 2010 at 4:32 PMon TMZ live they said there was a brawl in the back seat of the cab. a woman and the cab driver were struck during the scuffle. the cab driver dumped them off at the gas station and called 911.
TMZ didnt sensationalize anything. no where did they say that hardy was drinking or that he hit anyone. yes they did say he was involved, but so were helms, jericho, the taxi driver, and the female. they never at any point in the report claimed that matt struck anyone.
