Latest on Plans for WWE NXT 3, Airing with SmackDown on a Friday

Posted by Marc Middleton on Tuesday, September 7th, 2010

- The current season of WWE NXT will go for 12 weeks. SyFy is set to drop the show after October 1st when SmackDown comes to the network.

After last night’s premiere, SyFy will only air four more episodes. No word yet on where the other 7 episodes will air but by the looks of WWE’s new NXT VOD website, it may end up there.

It’s interesting to note that SyFy will air an episode of NXT on Friday, October 1st at 7pm. This is just one hour before Friday Night SmackDown makes it’s debut on the network.

The first two series had some highlights, but the new series sucked. Most of those women ‘wrestlers’ were awful, and anything with Vickie on it always loses points as well.
Simple fact is, the crowd was against Katlain (or however its spelled) right from the off, pure and simply because she is teamed with Vickie, who has X-Pac heat.
