Former WWE performer James Henry Neidhart, 55, (a/k/a Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart) was arrested Sunday afternoon and charged with two counts of possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute, two counts of trafficking illegal drugs, one count of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and one count of third degree grand theft for property stolen between $300 and $5,000.

The father of WWE Diva Natalya was arrestedat 2:50 p.m. after deputies were alerted to him being loud and unruly as he was pumping gas at the A.J. Food Market, located at 9806 Tom Folsom Road. He was seen opening pill bottles located in the trunk of his silver Pontiac Sunfire, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s arrest report.

When authorities arrived to the scene, he was agitated and aggressive. He was observed “ingesting multiple pills that he dropped on the ground while inside the trunk of his vehicle,” the sheriff’s office arrest report states.

Neidhart is currently being held without bond pending his first appearance before a judge.

What a train wreck. Drama always seems to follow the Hart Family. Looks like Natalya’s daddy is gonna end up in rehab.

Those Oxycotins are real demons. They get their hooks into you and its near impossible to pull them free. I pray for Jim and all who fight that battle.

This is just sad man, watching one of your favorite superstars as a child just self-destruct like that. And whoever made that right-wing moronic comment, it’s just like you stupid a$$ conservative pubes to always want to throw the book at someone and condemn somebody for having legitimate personal problems that affect them.

You always want to kick somebody when they’re f**king down and thump your bible at people when it suits you. Then turn around and play hero when the “bleeding heart libs” start screwing up. the conservative pubes are no better than the libs.

Seconded, Cornette. They love to throw stones until it’s one of theirs that’s sinned, and then suddenly it’s all about ‘letting their family have their privacy and getting the help they need’.

Here’s hoping Neidhart gets the chance to clean up his act in the best way possible for him. Oxycontin is some nasty stuff, I’ve seen first-hand how it can mess up a person’s head. Hopefully they’ll keep him in for awhile, so he can get his head straightened out. It’s a damned shame.

I have a friend who was in a car accident and was put in a coma for a week. 10 years later he’s still struggling with pain killer addiction. I don’t envy anyone that has to struggle with an addiction so powerful. It’s not as easy to get over as all these morons, who are on the outside looking in, think it is.

Sorry but I was hit by a car last July and was on Oxycontin for 6 months and I was able to stop taking them with no problem, I still have 10 left in the bottle and dont have a dependency on them. It is not the pill it is the person!
