Future of Guest Hosts on RAW, Cena vs. Batista News, Taker Update

- The Undertaker had his knee scoped after the January 19th SmackDown tapings in Greenville, which is why he wasn’t working the live events last week. Taker is going into the Royal Rumble less than 100%. The original plan had him having more of an involvement at the RAW in Knoxville last week but he was in so much pain when he arrived that all he ended up doing was the promo at the start of RAW. He did work the SmackDown tapings this past week but didn’t do much.

- WWE’s creative team has been told that there is no chance of The Rock vs. John Cena at WrestleMania and right now are back to working on Cena vs. Batista for the big event.

- While there has been talk of stopping the RAW guest host angle after WrestleMania, there is now talk of continuing it indefinitely if TNA goes to Monday nights permanently.

why waste good talent finding a permanent GM against WCW 2.0 though? the guest host angle (as shite as it is) pulls enough for people to stay tuned enough for WC..TNA not to matter much.

Would that mean that cena will win the royal rumble match and that batista will win the title before wrestlemania??

Undertaker is retiring after Wrestlemania, period. I dont want to see the Deadman confined to a wheelchair. He has done more than enough for me and now he needs his rest.

I think it’s funny that their response to TNA going head to head with them isn’t to put out a better product, but to continue the ridiculous guest host stuff that I have never heard anyone speak positively of. I guess if you’re rich you can afford to be oblivious.

did some1 just say guest host keeps them tuned in? Wow this is what happens when mom let their 5 year olds on the net, Steve go take ur afternoon nap or something kid!

Also it’s obvious WWE is scared of TNA. They didn’t take them sserious the first time but this time they are making sure they do!

Wow…I can’t believe they are going to let this crap go on. I’ve been a fan for 31 years and it is the WORST concept I’ve ever seen (besides the obvious PG rating).
TNA will gain ground on them if it continues. If I wasn’t a lifelong fan I would probably have tuned out a long time ago. Vince please wake up and get rid of this garbage!! I’ve never heard anyone speak positively about it either. Who tells you it’s a good thing and why??
