While I dont have probably never have injured my back or neck as badly as most wrestlers have, there have been several times in my life where I have sneezed and ended up putting my back out because my back has several issues with both the muscles and with the spine.
There is no doubt that Mikey has probably damaged his back and/or neck at some point in his career, and the sneeze could be responsible for anything from a minor tweak, to a trapped muscle or even something more serious.
The sneeze isnt causing an injury, its just agravating an existing one.
