Former ECW Champ Makes Emergency Room Visit

Posted by Marc Middleton on Friday, July 30th, 2010

Former ECW Champion Mikey Whipwreck went to the emergency room on Thursday after experiencing numbness in both arms.

“So good ‘ol Mikey is sitting in the emergency room because I sneezed and both arms went numb,” Whipwreck wrote. “Feeling came back on the right side but hardly on the left. God this sucks. Being a wrestler isn’t all is cracked up to be kids. Get an education!”

yea, lmao. I actually had something similar to that happen and didn’t go to the hospital. It was coughing from smoking and just the sudden jolt pinched a nerve or something. Went away, what a sissy. lol.

I believe it. I’ve sneezed and had a tingly feeling go down my arm before. It’s been a long time, but it has happened.

That’s because you only sneeze when there’s a tongue in your butt.

sneezing that causes numbness to arms= broken neck/broken back. he needs surgery if it is that because sneezing doesn’t do that unless you have chronic back & neck problems.

I’m sure this is from all of his injuries in the past.

Venom and Me are both spot on. While I dont have probably never have injured my back or neck as badly as most wrestlers have, there have been several times in my life where I have sneezed and ended up putting my back out because my back has several issues with both the muscles and with the spine.
There is no doubt that Mikey has probably damaged his back and/or neck at some point in his career, and the sneeze could be responsible for anything from a minor tweak, to a trapped muscle or even something more serious.
The sneeze isnt causing an injury, its just agravating an existing one.
