I wouldn’t put it past them to throw Orton in after his title match with the Celtic albino.

I don’t see Orton making his way in the rumble, but I see him screwing Ted/Cody over

as much as i’d like to think 5 suprise entrants will make the match any better, I can see 4/5 of them sucking fux… perhaps dick johnson as #30? lol. I bet hornswoggle shows up too.

I know that the RAW divas are a little stale with their wrestling, but why wouldn’t Maryse and Gail Kim take place at the Rumble? What was the purose of having the tournaments throughout these past few weeks to not even give them a match on the PPV? I swear sometimes the WWE writters just don’t know how to keep a storyline to make sense for more than 3 weeks, if that. I mean we all know Maryse isn’t the best female wrestle…but who else here doesn’t love to watch her just b/c shes so damn hot.

I highly doubt there will be 5 surprise entrants. Not to mention, everything I’ve read and heard of Edge, does not have him cleared for wrestling yet. Though, there has been obvious rumors he will make an appearance and possibly cost Chris Jericho the Rumble Match. John Morrison believes he’ll be there, I would imagine Drew McIntyre will be there as the IC Champ and US Champ are generally in the Rumble. And I could have sworn I heard the Smackdown announcers tell the WWE Universe that the Hart Foundation was in the match, yet, they’re not listed.

I’d expect the five slots are left open in case the negotiations fall down with any ‘guest stars’.
I’d say Morrison and McIntyre being the most obvious missing talent, will act as back up if they fail to secure any surprise guests.

Edge and RVD seem to be the most likely surprises, with maybe Booker T doing a double bluff.
Also, you have to consider Jeff Hardy as a possibility if he really hasnt signed with TNA yet.
Could be WWE let him do the Genesis appearance as a way of destablising TNA.

I hope Edge doesn’t return tonight, and I’m a huge Edge fan. I say I hope he doesn’t return because he’s clearly not going to win if he does, because Triple H or HBK have to win, that’s definitely where the money is……yeah. But it would waste the moment of him returning just for him to get thrown out later on.

As reported recently, John Morrison has said he’s in the Rumble match. And like I said on that post, if he’s in the match, then most likely Drew McIntyre would be as well. Since, the WWE very rarely doesn’t have feuding wrestlers NOT be in the Rumble match.

maybe because i havent watched wwe all that much anymore, but the royal rumble is less predictable. oh and to the iwc dont get to mad on who wins their is 2 title belts and the winner of the rumble doesnt always mainevent wrestlemania which is a damn shame.

I don’t believe Bret Hart can wrestle because of the stroke.

i dont want hhh to win because im tired of him hogging the WM main event. hbk shouldn’t win either because he’ll just challenge taker, and there are other more intresting and less predictable ways of making that happen…would be cool if it was buried alive tho!
