Date: Mar 14, 2010 at 7:54 AMBob Uecker played for the old Milwaukee Braves. He has also been the radio announcer for the Milwaukee Brewers since 1971. Pepsi issured his own BobbleHead with some Brewer players in 2001. As my fellow posters noted he did some announcing at the early Westlemanias. Maybe his most famous clip is when Andre the Giant wrapped his giant hands around Bobs neck and pretended to choke him. I live in Milwaukee and enjoy Ueckers play by play of our Brewers every season.
No doubt Vince has selected Bob for his celebrity status.
