Date: Jan 17, 2010 at 11:01 AMWhat I still don’t get is why were kids chanting for Bret? Also on Jan 4 the kids were cheering for Bret loudest! They don’t even have a clue who the damn guy is! I am 15 and I only saw Bret wrestle once and that was WCW not WWE! So who the hell are these 5 yr olds to be chanting for Bret!
Like if Austin comes too they will be cheering and giving him a huge pop and they don’t have a clue what the guy is about. When I see guys like Ricky and Superfly Snuka I just shut the hell up cause I wasn’t even born to see them!

I was there for Bret’s return, I’ve wanted to see the guy live since I was a very little kid & it was an amazing reaction & great finally getting to see the greatest wrestler in history.
& I thought those chants were for the promo with him walking down the hallway…they showed that a lot that night.

For years, WWE fans have heard the name Bret Hart on TV, whether they were talking about Montreal, or his feud with HBK, or just his genreal in ring greatness. Vince has made him infamous because of the fact that he was never seen. and most of the fans are marks, so they probably dont even know where bret is nowadays( before he came back to WWE). So that is why people, no matter who they are, cheer him, because he got screwed in montreal( atleast the people who never saw him, and didnt know who he really is)…
