Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira Out of UFC 108 Main Event, Carwin Not Available

- Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira is out of UFC 108 as he currently has a severe staph infection. He will need IV treatment to get rid of it, and is said to be in bad shape.

Shane Carwin will be undergoing knee surgery, and will not be available to face Cain Velasquez at UFC 108.

No word yet who will step in for the main event now.
