Update On Jeff Jarrett and His Current TNA Status

- For those wondering, Jeff Jarrett was backstage at the TNA television tapings that took place in Orlando, Florida this week.

There was no update on what his position with the company is at the moment, nor was he formally reintroduced by management.

One source did say having Jarrett back was ackward, considering nobody knew what his specific role was, and whether he actually holds any authority.

For those wondering, Jarrett is still a minority owner in the company and has been back in the TNA office for several weeks now.

Part of me almost feels sorry for Jarrett, since he started the company and he’s on the outs, but at the same time he brought it on himself by getting involved with an employee’s wife. It’s a weird situation, that I suspect is going to be weirder once Hogan gets involved considering the history he and Jarrett have.

I’m sure they’ll use the Hogan/Jarrett thing or Angle/Jarrett thing as a storyline. They used real life scenarios in WCW storylines and its looks like they are gonna do they same in TNA. (courtesy of Vince Russo)

this Jeff Jarrett storyline is gonna be another shoot turns into kayfabe storyline like when WWE fired Matt Hardy after he found out that Edge was f***ing Lita and then he attacks Edge on Raw. (which all of the Matt Hardy attacks where Kayfabe shoots with a real life being mixed in together to make it look even more real). which lead to Matt being rehired by Mr. McMahon on live TV.

Karen and Kurt were legally separated when Jeff started dating her. Plus Kurt cheated on her 2 and she tried to work it out. the Edge Lita and Matt thing people dont know the whole sorry but i do. Matt aint no saint. he is the reson Edge and Lita got togther

What no one wants to realize is… When WCW went to Monday nights, WCW’s ratings were not up there with WWF/WWE ratings. People expect too much. The TNA product is still developing, with great strides I think. Don’t expect a great war right away because its not going to happen.
