WCW did the same thing when Hogan came in years ago. As its Bubba and Hogan doing the party it was obviously their idea.

Should should just name TNA “Deja Vu” or “Been there, done that.” Seriously, they’re just trying to copy the WCW playbook to a T. Sadly, though, they will never be as successful as WCW was in their heyday. TNA should have just been content with what they were, a small wrestling company located in Florida. They’re trying to grow too big, too soon and they’ve picked a fight with a pretty damned big dog. Obviously, it would be great for the wrestling world if they could succeed, but I’m just not seeing it. The saddest part is, they seemed to be on the right path right before they signed Hogan. Only time will tell now….

He was a big deal, now not so much. Hogan’s time has passed and everyone including himself knows it. Tna is a great promotion and I agree they were on the right track. They have a talented roaster and really do not need hogan to steer them in the WCW direction. Promote your stars and get them out there in the media world to build your company.

I find it interesting that Hulk Hogan’s bad publicity mostly stems from not wanting to loose to a then mid-carder (Bret Hart), A cruiserweight (Billy Kidman), A murderer (Chris Benoit), and Triple H’s best friend (Shawn Michaels). People are pre-judging his move to TNA. If he brings in s group of old-timers and pushes them at the expense of younger guys, I can see the point. WWE has had the same three guys in the main event for five years now. There show is no longer even centered on those wrestlers. It is centered around a Leprechaun Mascot. Sesame street has more compelling stories.

I love TNA, but what they’ve been doing with the Hulk Hogan shit is just plain stupid… I mean Hulk is just a washed up loser… He goes around claiming that Vince wanted hime to beat Cena at the past wrestlemania… Come on Hulk, Vince wouldnt even do something like that because he knows the biz… TNA on the other hand are just going to do some stupid shit
