TNA Insider Calls Awesome Kong “Crazy”, Tara Upset With WWE Snub, Sarita Heading To Japan

Posted by Daniel Pena on Sunday, March 14th, 2010

– Regarding Awesome Kong’s apparent departure from TNA Wrestling, one person inside the company commented, “That is one crazy woman. Say what you want about Bubba, but attacking the guy would be assault anywhere else in America, then she threatens to sue him? Only in America. Sad to lose her as a talent but I don’t think anyone will miss her personally.” (source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter)

– On her Twitter account, Tara expressed her displeasure with being left off WWE’s “Top 25 Most Impactful Women” list. She wrote, “(It) doesn’t surprise me. That’s an example of my experience at WWE. Unappreciated.” She then posted a link to a fan’s graphic spoofing the list, ranking her at No. 26.

– As reported earlier, Sarita will soon be heading to Tokyo, Japan for a brief wrestling tour. She will be wrestling on Fuka’s retirement show at Korakuen Hall on Mar. 28 and then again on Apr. 3 at Shin-Kiba 1st Ring. You can view an event poster for one of the shows the TNA Knockout will be on at the following link.

    Hahaha

Sad and pathetic that people are still defending her for assault.

What if any of you got your head kicked in for voicing your opinion one day; would you be inclined to call the police and file an assault report? If so, I’d stfu if I were you.

Yeah Tara, sweetie, normally I love you, agree with you and think you’re cool but you are working for TNA now so of course WWE ain’t going to put you on the list and give TNA free publicity. ‘sides Lisa, the list is biased anyway.

And I guess that’s the reason Hogan’s hall of fame page is still in their website?

Is Lisa/Tara/Victoria really stupid enough to think they would include a current TNA wrestler on one of their lists?
She really does not understand the business if she thinks they will.
If she were currently unsigned, retired or whatever, then maybe she would have been on the list.
Hell, even one of their biggest female stars like Trish or Lita etc would be ignored if they were currently signed to TNA.
Maybe she also thinks Sting should be inducted into the HOF this year as well.

@Matt. The HOF is a totally different issue. Thats something that was done a while ago and wont change. Anyone who is in the HOF will stay in the HOF regardless.
Showing old video footage of having the HOF thing up is just history, actively talking about a current TNA star will not happen.
For instance, you might very well see a Jeff Hardy match on 24/7, but if they compiled a list of top tag teams, you can bet your bottom dollar the Hardys will not be on it.

Come on, tara. Did you expect anything less? After all, they did remove Hulk Hogan’s vid and voiceover on the opening of their shows.

Regarding this Awesome Kong/ Bubba controversy… It has nothing to do with her being crazy. What i see is a woman who is passionate about her country or humanity in general and will defend it if someone is badmouthing it, especially after a tragedy such as that earthquake. It is called Patriotism… Wonder how you would feel if Bubba laughed at 9/11 a month after it happened, and I wonder if you would refrain from attacking someone who laughed at that. I find it sad that TNA will side with the one who instigated the controversy. They can’t put themselves in her shoes.. Hogan is a real American, fight for the lives of every man… yeah, sure.
