TNA Brass Losing Faith In Mick Foley, TNA Holding Knockout-Themed Pay-Per-View

– While Mick Foley is expected to return to the squared circle in October at TNA Wrestling’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view event, he is no longer considered a long-term in-ring option by those within the organization.

On the night of the company’s big angle where Fortune assaulted EV2.0, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion was instructed to lie down when the lights went out to give the audience the impression that he was laid out during the sequence. While it’s possible this will play into the storyline, there aren’t many people within TNA who feel they can count on him to put on a good match at this point.

– A new TNA Knockouts-themed pay-per-view broadcast featuring previously aired matches is scheduled to debut Saturday, October 2.

Entitled TNA Wrestling Knockouts: Mad Sexy Vol. 1, its description reads: “TNA Wrestling Knockouts: Mad Sexy Volume 1, hosted by Playboy centerfold and TNA Knockout Christy Hemme, will feature top matches from the past between TNA Knockouts like Angelina Love, Velvet Sky and Gail Kim.”

Why did they think they could count on him to put on a good match during his entire TNA career? I’m not saying he can’t, but this is a guy who chose to retire because he couldn’t go like he used to, and that was back in the 90′s. Stop putting all your hopes on people who are either already retired or should have years ago, and you might not “lose faith.”

TNA really sux right now. i bet that knockout ppv thing will feature the best of the BP. TNA should have done what Paul Heyman wanted and had him doing all the work making the company better.

Mic Foley’s career was over in the year 2000. They shouldn’t be relying on him to carry the company. TNA’s creative team must be drunk. TNA should be relying on AJ Styles.

Who on Earth would consider him a long term in ring competitor? Foley has retired more times than I care to remember, and every time its been because he doesnt consider himself able to compete consistantly at a top level anymore.

Mick knows he can’t perform like he used to. He also knows that by TNA forcing him to wrestle he would be cheating the fans. He gave his very best when he could wrestle,now it’s time to give a break and thank him for all the great matches he did give us. Thank you Mick!

I have to disagree with venom. Foley’s career was not over in 2000. Lets take a little walk down memory lane. WWE Backlash 2004. Hardcore match with Randy Orton was amazing!

Christy Hemme wasn’t a centerfold, and her pics were shit. She has a nice ass but all they did was show it from the side.

@how da wold t werks hemme was a playboy centerfold in 2005 that is fact. She was terrible in ring except for look cute and doing pillow fights she was useless.
