Tag Team Pulled From No Surrender PPV

Posted by Daniel Pena on Sunday, September 5th, 2010

TNA Wrestling announced on its Facebook account this evening that London Brawling — Desmond Wolfe and Magnus — have been pulled from their scheduled TNA World Tag Team Title shot against the Motor City Machineguns at tonight’s No Surrender pay-per-view event. Generation Me will compete in their place.

TNA Wrestling’s statement reads: “Important Update: Due to a personal issue, London Brawling (Wolfe & Magnus) will not be at tonight’s No Surrender PPV. However, based on their strong showing in a recent non-title match on iMPACT!, Generation Me will now get a shot at the gold against the Machineguns tonight on PPV!”

Yet another PPV without Wolfe (he should be in Fortune, pushed as a singles, and not in a Tag Team with Magnus). When WWE had offered him a contract, I figured they would waste him. Then when TNA got him, I figured they would use it right (and they did for a couple of months or so and he did fantastic in his feud with Angle) but this is just getting too pathetic. Why are they making him a joke when he’s so talented in the ring and on the mic?? Not to mention, f’ing hilarious.

I think the MCMG/Gen Me mach will be stellar, I was actually really looking forward to see the match as it was originally planned.

I think they took them out of the match because that match will be their first first match together on a show other than xplosion I think they should of had at least one match on impact like the last match in the tournament them vs ink Inc so they would have a little bit of build up but I get the feeling that they rush some feuds like the Anderson pope fued they had a promo together then a ppv match but gen me vs MCMG will be good can’t be anything but good to see them
