    You sad little TNA haters are so consistently laughable . . . especially considering you favor cartoons (aka: WWE) over GROWN UP wrestling shows.

    Jurry _ Not only am I watching it, I’m seeing it for the “back to what worked” wrestling that made wresling big in the first place . . . as opposed to the Disney Channel version of wrestling (aka: WWE) you seem to love to watch wearing your footsie pajamas and having your mommy still tuck you into bed at night.

    WWE USED TO BE good – throughout the 80′s and 90′s . . . they’ve since become a hollow-shell of what made them great in the past.

    I mean … ZACH RYDER? – really? really?

    Its okay TomC that you can’t evolve with the times. Wrestling isnt about Wrestling anymore its about Making MONEY. Thats what business is all about.

    Zach Ryder is not even an example of why WWE is bad. He’s a decent wrestler, and has a funny gimmick. The reason WWE is so horrible nowadays is CLEARLY the PG-rated family bullshit with Sheamus yelling at little kids in the front row. Kids shouldn’t even be at these events.

    Oh, and non-rapping John Cena.

    And TNA has had its ups and downs as well. Lately TNA has had some of the WORST storylines. Abyss and Janice? EV 2.0. What the fuck does that even mean. And worst of all, now we have to see Dixie Carter and Mick Foley on a weekly basis.

    Just cause TNA isnt PG rated, doesnt mean it isnt a kids show.
    The storylines I’d say, are probably written by two five year olds who once watched an old WWF show, and thats all they know.

    I’m surprised everyone doesn’t realize that kids are a large reason the WWE makes so much money. 20 and 30 year olds don’t buy as much merch as kids do. The kids see a new John Cena t-shirt, or a new lunchbox, and they ask their parents for them.

    WWE has always kind of been a family oriented show, excluding the Attitude Era. But even then, you still saw a lot of kids at the shows. I rarely ever see kids in TNA crowds.

    Kids = Money

    you know what I laugh at…the fact that someone said going back to what worked. Rehashes of the invasion and ecw storylines didn’t work. All this really looks like is the last year or so of WCW. Trying to go extreme by making a hardcore title and shoot storylines that could barely hold the audience. I’m not saying that the WWE is any better but at least at this moment they are trying to bring new stars into the lime light. Look at C.M. Punk, what did TNA do with him…nothing. What did the WWE do with him…make him one of the fastest world champions and at a point the most believable heel in the business (The whole straight-edge messiah thing). I mean there is obviously talent in TNA. Samoa Joe, Eric Young, Amazing Red, Doug Williams and more but they aren’t even the ones getting pushed. The ones getting pushed are some has been’s and never were’s. I don’t want to take away from guys like RVD, Tommy Dreamer, Mick Foley, Ric Flair and Sting but look at who else is there. Kevin Nash, Orlando Jordan, Matt Morgan and even Jeff Hardy with Sean Waltman, Scott Hall and the Nasty boys included because they were so eagerly pushed by TNA. Jeff Hardy is the only one with talent but even I feel he’s a bit over the hill. How about TNA try and build their roster and stop reliving glory days. I miss the old Ecw because they had awesome talent and and alternative sense of self in their roster. But those days are gone so either reinvent or become a laughing stock like the Iron Sheik

    I agree with jonny. All but flair and Foley. Both were big names but I don’t agree they should still be pushed. They are both over the hill. At to TomC how long you been watching wrestling? You talk like you seen the 80s but you don’t say anything about TNA using old WCW & WWE storylines

    The only real big shocking announcements TNA has ever had was when Jarrett ran the company. Lashley to TNA, Angle to TNA, Foley to TNA, the move to Spike, the move to Thursdays, the two hour timeslot, the new titles, etc. Ever since he lost control, TNA has gone downhill.

    Really the 80′s and early 90′s??? Right when wrestling was more grown up and not for kids….. Wrestling clowns (doink) and dentists (Issac Yankum soon to be kane). Lets not forget the witch doctors, giants in flesh tone body suits and large samoans playing japanese characters and super hogan taking on the world. Bret Hart giving his glasses to kids in the front row. the list goes on and on and you know what? people loved and as kids we loved it. Then we got older and wanted more sex and violence so we got the attitude era. and now we are older and jaded and on the internet constantly and not buying into wrestling the same way so vince is starting a new batch of young fans. It pissed me off too until i started watching with my nephews who are now just an engrossed and excited as i used to be. wrestling is a cycle.

    Thank u Bking. It always going to be like that. An Dixie is a stupid person to ever believe Hogan/Eric B could change for the better. Jarret made Tna great. They were heading up now I can’t watch it with out laughing
