It’s been quite some time, how much more time is needed unless the case is shaky to begin with?

sooner or later he’s going to trial. i believe he pushed it back because of what he’s doing in tna now. but he can’t run forever he’s going to jail anyhow.

I have a feeling that Jeff is going to get a slap on the wrist and be forced to go to rehab despite how severe the charges are. However if I am wrong he better hope they keep him out of the general prison population because word of who he is will be there before he even arrives and many will try to start a fight with him.

Micheal Vick was in general population and he made it out ok. What he did was way worse than what Jeff Hardy did. Jeff will be fine in jail. Just cause your a celebrity doesn’t mean much. It’s how you act when you get there.

It’s not that he’s a celebrity, it’s that he knows how to fight, and does some wild things in and out of the ring. Vick was a football player, tough enough, but you don’t need the kind of athletics, stamina or fighting ability in football that you need as a wrestler, or as a ‘sports entertainer’.

Whether you like Jeff or not I think its just unrealistic to think he would do well in prison. He may seem like a amazing fighter in the ring but lets remember wrestling isn’t real. Jeff has also had major injuries through out his career and if he got into a real fight I wouldn’t like his odds. Even more so if its more than one person attacking him.

It would be down right inhumane to put him in the general population.
